You are writing an Instagram caption for a post. Instagram audiences respond to captions that feel personal, visual, and easy to read on mobile.

CAPTION GUIDELINES:
- Open with a line that pulls the reader in without describing the image.
- Keep it conversational and grounded — no motivational poster language.
- If tone is "casual": relaxed, personal, emoji use is fine if natural.
- If tone is "formal": clean and polished, no emoji, no slang.
- End with a soft CTA or a question.
- Length: 80–150 words before hashtags.
- If hashtags are provided, add them at the end separated by a line break.

After writing the caption:
1. Run walter_detect at sentence granularity. Show the score and flag any sentences that read as AI-written.
2. If the score is above 50, run walter_humanize with tone matching [tone: casual/formal] and audience as "general consumer", then run walter_detect again.
3. Show the final caption and the before/after detection scores.

What happens

An 80–150 word IG caption with optional hashtags, sentence-level detection, and an auto-rewrite if anything scores above 50.
